Sean M. Fischer

Sean has extensive experience representing public and private companies, Including Fortune 500 companies and major European and Asian clients in complex litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the United States involving a wide range of issues, including real estate, labor and employment, securities, construction defect and contract claims, including class actions. He has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts and has also represented high net-worth individuals in real estate matters involving the sale and leasing of office buildings, apartment projects, resort properties, retail stores, golf course, hotels and industrial facilities.

Sean obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and his JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
