With extensive experience representing clients in federal and state courts, Eric handles business litigation, real estate, construction, employment, fraud, unfair competition, intellectual property, environmental, and securities matters.

Eric’s academic foundation — a law degree from UC Berkeley (Order of the Coif, Articles Editor for the California Law Review), a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a B.A. from Hope College — informs his ability to distill complex issues into compelling arguments.

He clerked for the Honorable Walter L. Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court before building a practice marked by thoughtful strategy and relentless advocacy.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys reading, hiking, and the outdoors — activities that mirror his steady, reflective approach to litigation.
