Natalie is a highly motivated and dedicated, attorney with a long history of contract negotiations, real estate transactional law and practice, and is well equipped to advise clients on the intricacies of residential real estate transactions, especially as they relate to San Francisco's complex requirements and nuanced paperwork.
Natalie grew up in San Francisco, and after leaving the City to attend Choate Rosemary Hall, she earned her BA from Yale University, followed by a law degree from Harvard University, in the course of which she participated in a one-year exchange program at UC Berkeley to focus on California Real Estate Law.
Natalie practiced law for two years in the Corporate Real Estate Department of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, before making the switch to representing private individuals in real estate transactions. After more than 10 years working alongside Nina Hatvany, San Francisco’s #1 residential agent, Natalie has touched more deals than many do in a lifetime.
Natalie brings an extreme work ethic and negotiation and analytical skills honed in a large commercial practice to Kitchen Law Group, which allows her the freedom to take on personal clients and give each one the attention they deserve.
Growing up around development sites and now and avid remodeler, Natalie can advise with experience on a property’s potential and strategize on improvements. Natalie is an experienced buyer, seller, and condo-converter and currently owns and operates multiple rental properties in the City.
Natalie currently resides in Lower Pacific Heights with her husband and three boys. She is a member of the board of Larkin Street Youth Services, chairing the Real Estate Committee.
