Eric has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation in federal and state courts. His practice areas include business litigation, real estate law, construction law, employment law, complex fraud, unfair competition, intellectual property, environmental law and securities law.
Eric received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was Order of the Coif and an Articles Editor for the California Law Review. He also received a B.A. in Philosophy from Hope College and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Following law school, Eric served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Walter L. Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court.
In his spare time, Eric enjoys reading, hiking and being outdoors
